Why Soy Wax?+
Clean burning: Pure soy wax is non-toxic, kosher, and vegan. As opposed to paraffin wax, soy wax does not produce carbon soot which is toxic and can blacken your walls and ceilings, as well as pollute the air.
Biodegradable: Soy wax is made from soy beans which are a renewable resource that is sustainable and non-damaging to our environment, thus making it biodegradable. Soy wax can also be easily cleaned up with some warm water and dish soap.
Long Burning: Soy wax burns at a lower temperature therefore burns around 30% to 50% longer than paraffin wax. The longer the burn, the more you get to enjoy our curated scents! We consider that a win!
Environmentally friendly: Paraffin wax contains petroleum products that in turn create pollution. Soy candles are free of toxins and are all natural therefore are safe for any environment, even our own home.
OUR WOOD WICKS COME FROM WOOD THAT IS SOURCED FROM FSC-CERTIFIED MILLS WHICH MEANS THAT THEY COME FROM RESPONSIBLY MANAGED FORESTS THAT PROVIDE ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC BENEFITS. Apart from all the amazing benefits, we love the crackling noise while our wooden wicks burn and feel that it adds a special touch to the candle lighting experience! Don't you agree?
Frangance & Essential Oils+
We pride ourselves in being as close to natural as possible. Our candles are infused with phthalate-free fragrance and essential oils making them safe for those with asthma, children and pets. Our candles are natural in clor with no artificial dyes or additives.
We believe in providing our customers with an all natural product that is health-conscious and safe to use. This is why our candles are preservative-free, petroleum-free, cruelty-free and 100% vegan and kosher. We aim to be an eco-conscious company, opting to use recyclable packaging and shipping materials as well as using as little plastic as possible. As a local small business, we strive to buy our packaging and supplies from local small business in an effort to shop small.
Our candles are hand-poured into USA made glass jars and branded with a clear, heat-resistant minimalistic laebl. All candles are made, poured, packaged and shipped from our studio in sunny south Florida.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? +
ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR STUDIO IN SUNNY SOUTH FLORIDA WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE SHIPPED ANY CONTINENTAL DOMESTIC ORDERS MAY TAKE 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE. WE OFFER A $6 FLAT RATE VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OPTION. TRACKING NOTIFICATION EMAILS ARE SENT AS SOON AS SHIPMENT label is created. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT SHIP TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE STUDIO PROCESSING.
How can I track my order? +
WE USE USPS PRIORITY MAIL WHICH INCLUDES TRACKING INFORMATION. ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR STUDIO, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION, PLEASE contact us AT INFO@SOYCIETYCANDLES.COM with your name and order number if applicable AND WE WILL GLADLY FORWARD YOU ANY INFORMATION WE MAY HAVE. Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving tracking information, for updated tracking to populate.

Can I send a candle as a gift? +
YES! ALL OUR CANDLES COME BOXED AND READY FOR GIFTING. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE, PLEASE Let us know in the notes section during checkout. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SHIPMENTS INCLUDE SOYCIETY CANDLES' RETURN ADDRESS AND BRANDING ON THE PACKAGING.
What if I need to make a change to my order? +
PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@SOYCIETYCANDLES.COM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH YOUR CHANGE REQUEST AND ANY CONFIRMATION NUMBERS YOU MAY HAVE RECEIVED. WE WILL HAPPILY MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR ORDER BEFORE IT HAS SHIPPED OUT FROM OUR STUDIO. Once order has been packaged for shipping, we cannot change the order.
What if the item I want is sold out? +
WE STOCK UP WEEKLY ON OUR SOLD OUT SCENTS. IF THERE IS A CERTAIN ITEM THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET NOTIFICATION OF RESTOCKS, PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@SOYCIETYCANDLES.COM.
Can I exchange or return? +
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be retured or refunded. We only accept exchanges. You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all exchange items.
Help! My candles got damaged on their journey to their new home +
We understand that our vessels are fragile and accidents can occur on their journey. If this has occured, please email our customer experience team at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the packaging and of the damaged item. We will then shop out a new item at no cost as long as we receive proof of the damage. Item must be in unopend condition (has not had its first burn yet).
